How To Increase Your Vertical Jump By Jumping Rope

Workout for increasing vertical jump (leap):
-1 min jump rope regular bounce
-30 sec jump rope regular bounce
-30 sec jump rope single leg
-15 sec jump rope double unders

**rest 10 seconds between exercises
**complete circuit 3-5x (3 beginner, 5 for advanced)
