In this video I explain the term ‘plyometric’, along with the 3 phases that are incorporated within a single plyometric movement.

Sample Plyometric Workout:
Rest Period: 1.5 -2 minutes between sets

Box Jump – 3x 8 -10reps
Standing long jumps – 3x8reps
Side to side barrier Jumps – 3×15 seconds
Ankle Hops – 4 x 10 seconds
Forward & back line jumps – 4x15secs
